Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged during shipping.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us at holgatekrafts@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with details of the product and the defect.
- You must include photos or videos of the defect, along with a COPY of your packing slip.
- A store credit or replacement item will be given; no refunds.
Sale items
ALL SALE items are FINAL. Only regular priced items may be exchanged or store credit given. Sale items are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
Shipping returns
In order to return your product an approval must be given via email. Within the approval email a return address will be given.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
